NEW SFL DIRECTOR OF DATA FORENSICS & COLLECTIONS ANDY CRAIN COMMUNICATES STRATEGIC ADVANTAGES OF COSTSAVING, RISKREDUCING EDISCOVERY SOLUTIONS
Andrew M. Crain has joined SF Legal as Director of Forensics and Collections. A licensed attorney, Andy has more than 10 years of forensics, collections and ediscovery experience. He will work with you to develop cost-saving, risk-reducing solutions that ultimately decrease data review and production time throughout the e-discovery process.
“Andy is especially adept at balancing electronic discovery technology with process management and communicating with clients. As an attorney, he understands the challenges, knows how to strategize, and can explain the benefits of various solutions, one litigator to another,” said SF Legal CEO Christian Lawrence.
APPELLATE COURT DECISION REFERS TO CRAIN'S FINDINGS
Andy has global experience assisting clients with litigation matters involving theft of trade secrets, employment disputes, government/regulatory inquiries and fraud. He has given expert witness testimony in hearings, depositions, and at trial, and has also served as a courtappointed neutral forensics examiner. An example of a recent opinion based on his findings was posted on April 24, 2009 in the Electronic Discovery Law¹ blog on legal issues, news and best practices relating to the discovery of electronically stored information published by K&L Gates.

Andy is an expert at collecting data in a defensible manner. He will be key to supporting all three CPR components,” Mr. Lawrence said.
