Processing to us means “turning the data into a reviewable format”. You might be doing a native review, or if time-crunched you might need to review TIFF images. You might be reviewing in-house, or on a web-hosted platform. Whatever your review choices, we can get the data ready for you.
Fast, accurate, cost-effective processing
Our distributed software enables us to process data quickly and accurately. We’ll dedupe the data before processing, so you don’t get multiple copies of the same thing. We’ll extract all the available metadata and text so that you get a fully searchable database. We’ll preserve the file structure of the original data so you don’t lose anything in translation. We can handle foreign language processing, and pretty much any file type you can think of. We do extensive QC to make sure every document is accounted for. And we’ll help you think through the pitfalls – such as jpegs which will need to be OCR’d because there is no extracted text. We’ll also help you think through cost-saving measures. For example, if you are short on time and need to convert up front, what about converting everything except the excel files, which tend to be the most voluminous? Flexibility is our middle name.
